Vistek is Canada’s premier retailer of photo, video and digital equipment, specializing in consumer, prosumer and professional imaging solutions for more than 30 years. With six stores and a commercial sales division currently, we are continuing to grow!
We are currently seeking 2 Account Managers, Commercial Sales; one position in the following respective locations - Ottawa and Montreal.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the National Manager, Commercial Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for the successful increase in market penetration in designated categories and the development and maintenance of client relationships in the studio, commercial and federal sectors.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
Maintains successful and profitable relationships in the respective areas' market through association memberships, visits, mail/email and seminar invitations, etc.
Prospecting of new clients, brings new clients and marketing opportunities to Vistek
Uses effective sales tools and programs (training, events, seminars, mail-outs etc) to share technologies with existing clients and meet new clients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Post secondary education - training in photography or videography considered an asset
5 or more years in a photo and/or sales capacity
Thorough knowledge of photo products and industry
Knowledge of and contacts in one or more of public sector, para-public (hospitals, police, municipalities etc) as well as commercial environments within the photographic and video industries and business-to-business.
Bilingualism will be considered an asset but not mandatory for the right candidate
