| Technical Support - Level III Momentis currently has an opening for an Installations Specialist to join our IT Department. We are looking for experienced individuals with strong analytical skills, who enjoy working as a team player in a fast-paced environment. In order to perform successfully in this position, candidates must be highly competent in their area of specialization, very well organized, possess the ability to learn quickly, work well independently and able to carry out tasks or projects from start to finish respecting deadlines. The ideal candidate possesses qualification & experience in design, configuration and deployment of subjects listed below: • MS Active Directory environment and Domain Migration • MS Exchange server • Blackberry Enterprise Server • MS Terminal Server • MS SQL Server • ISA server & security appliances or Firewalls • TCP/IP Networking • Hardware knowledge with HP Server level products and systems • VM technology • Symantec AV, COGNOS, GFI Products, Backup Exec, Crystal Reports • MAC integration with Microsoft Windows networks The candidate must also have • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills • Excellent customer service/communication skills • Bilingualism • Minimum 3 years experience • Industry standard certification (MCSE, CCNA) an asset | |
