Technical Lead - Tests Automation We are looking for a highly-motivated person seeking an exciting opportunity to establish and implement our new automated test framework for our Web Server Applications. Leading our test automation operations you will work closely with developers and managers to automate QA processes to improve coverage and accuracy. You will recommend and influence automation tools to further improve software quality. Responsibilities: • Define requirements and specifications for our automated testing framework for functional tests, SOAP tests, stress and performance/scalability tests, regression tests; • Develop, implement and maintain the automated testing framework; • Develop and run the scripts, and report the test results, inclusive system resources and metrics analysis; • Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance; • Work closely with R&D teams and communicate proactively to ensure defects are correctly identified and fixed. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, MIS, or equivalent experience; • 3 - 5 years in web development , XML web standards and Web Services; • Working experience with WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, DB2, Oracle, Windows SQL Server, AIX, Windows, Linux, VMware; • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; • Quick learner of new software applications; • Excellent communication skills: strong English, basic French.
