| Sales Representative Come to work in a fun and positive work environment. Where you will have the satisfaction everyday of knowing that you personally made a difference in someone’s life. Daily coaching and extensive training is provided. The position will require someone who is open to being on the phone most of their shift contacting potential donors to encourage them to participate. Candidate must be able to connect with people with a non-sales approach. Candidates must possess a positive attitude, outgoing personality, be driven, self-motivated as well as hard working. Ideal candidates will possess prior phone experience (preferably outbound), a clear and professional voice, an upbeat and energetic personality, good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly. We take great pride in our business, and keep two goals in mind: our client's needs and our quality of service. In joining our sales team, you would play a key role in helping several reputable national organizations succeed in their missions. Requirements: Languages asked for: French: Functional (Bilingualism is an asset) English: Excellent Education: Secondary Completed Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience required. Main Functions: Tele-fundraising across Canada on behalf of non-profit and political organizations.
