(CL1090M) LAWYER (BILINGUAL) - COMMERCIAL LITIGATION LAWYER – COMMERCIAL LITIGATION LOCATION: MONTREAL, QUEBEC SALARY: OPEN, commensurate with experience BENEFITS: Full benefits package is included Our Client, a prominent, service - oriented, high volume Law Firm is actively seeking a Commercial Law Litigation Lawyer for its Montreal, Quebec office. The ideal candidate will have three (3) to five (5) years of commercial litigation experience. Knowledge of Quebec law and procedures is necessary as is active membership in good standings with the Quebec Bar Association. Trial experience, in the French language is a must. The Candidate must be bilingual, with fluency in French and a working knowledge of English (verbal and written). The successful individual will become part of a dynamic group of Lawyers in the Firm’s Litigation Department. The Applicant shall have experience working in fast-paced work environment. You must be detail-oriented, with excellent communication, leadership and research skills. Brief writing and case management abilities are essential. The successful Candidate shall be a talented and diverse Lawyer who places a high value on professionalism while providing the highest quality legal services to its clients.
