Product Verification Engineer Position Summary: • Designs, develops and implements methods of testing and troubleshooting systems; • Defines test objectives, writes test cases, builds test systems, and executes functional, application, regression and performance tests; • Captures test data and prepares and maintains testing documentation. • Documents software failures and bugs, and validates with rapid iteration the solutions proposed by coding groups; • Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommends solutions to technical problems and unique situations as required; • Develops and implements automated testing; • Investigates and recommends software productivity and testing tools for use within Quality Assurance; • Coordinates adaptation of new and existing tests and methodologies to streamline software validation operations; Educational Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. Skills and Abilities: • Bilingualism and knowledge in telephony (SS7, CAS, VOIP) are considered an asset.
