| Mid-Sr Level Account Executive POSITION SUMMARY: Our client is looking for Account Executives to join their Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development of various sized accounts and focused on results. He/She will be a self-starter and identify volume and sales opportunities, review new and current services, and convey information regarding the marketplace, competition and customer needs to the Regional Sales Manager. The successful Account Executive will have experience selling Air and Ocean services and possess a hunter style to achieve revenue goals. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: Revenue generation through successful sales of Air and Ocean services Generate and sustain business through customer visits and contact by phone Consistent follow up on sales leads through employee/phone center Ability to handle multiple responsibilities Committed to working flexible hours (when required) SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS In addition to initiative, integrity, strong work ethic and being a team player: Air and Ocean Sales experience Strong Business ethic Conflict resolution skills Ability to meet strict deadlines Persuasive Hunter style Organized Works well under pressure Results-oriented Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access) Ability to display flexibility in their Sales approach and adapt to changing situations | |
