Position Profile:
The Account Manager's primary focus is the marketing and sales of Legal Document Services (LDS) products and services to new and existing clients within a defined sales territory/list of accounts. The Account Manager is responsible for a minimum annual quota dependent upon territory assignment. 95% of your client base will be within the downtown core of Montreal.

As an Account Manager you will serve as the first point of contact for all customer requirements and will be responsible for maximizing revenue growth. You will be given an existing portfolio of clients but also, regular activities include prospecting via phone, e-mail or other medium; face-to-face sales calls utilizing the IKON sales process; follow-up letters/e-mails; interaction with clients and potential clients at sponsored events.

Account Managers are required to complete IKON's Legal Document Services training - including ongoing skill and knowledge development beyond initial sales training.

Compensation: Base salary + comissions, including additional bonus opportunity. Monthly expense amount is also awarded. You will be eligble for IKON's comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, Tuition Reimbursement, Long-term Care etc...)



Here is what we're looking for:

Requires four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
Requires previous outside business-to-business sales experience.
Experience with services vs. products preferred
Requires valid, violation-free driver's license along with reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per IKON Office Solutions policy.

Le responsable de compte doit réaliser un quota annuel minimum selon le territoire assigné. En tant que responsable de compte, vous êtes le premier point de contact pour toutes les exigences des clients et vous êtes responsable de maximiser la croissance des revenus.

Vos tâches comprennent faire la prospection par téléphone, courriel ou autre moyen, faire des appels de sollicitation (5 à 10 appels par jour) en utilisant la procédure de vente d’IKON, envoyer des lettres/courriel de suivi, interagir avec les clients existants et les clients potentiels dans le cadre d’évènements commandités. Le responsable de compte doit suivre la formation des Services de documents juridiques, y compris le développement continu des compétences et des connaissances au-delà de la formation des ventes.
