| CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE/NUTRITION COACH-Laval, Quebec CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE/NUTRITION COACH-Laval, Quebec bdmss Job# 2048-002 THE COMPANY The number one weight loss company in Canada with hundreds of centres nationwide, providing an exclusive line of natural health products and weight management services, all thoroughly researched and formulated by a team of nutritional and health care experts. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a full-time opportunity for either a new or experienced individual to join a great team as a professional support representative and coach. You will use your expert training along with your exceptional customer service skills to support and encourage the use of natural health products and weight management programs in a clinical setting. You will be helping your clients to lose and maintain a healthy weight using programs individualized to meet their specific needs that combine one-on-one counseling, grocery store foods, and product support where clients follow programs based on Canada’s food guide and learn the importance of making healthy eating choices. COMPENSATION A competitive compensation package which includes starting wage of $10/hour plus bonus providing for income potential of upwards of $20 per hour. QUALIFICATIONS/KEY REQUIREMENTS While full training will be provided, the successful candidate for this exciting opportunity must meet the following requirements: - A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience essential - Excellent communications skills in English and French - Strong people skills with an outgoing personality - Excellent work ethic - Team player - Positive attitude - Able to pass a criminal record check (Bondable) You must be available to work scheduled shifts during the following days and hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (must be available in rotation of shift - two evenings one week and three the next); every second Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and Sunday (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
