Account Manager – Montreal Office

VideoEgg is looking for an Account Manager for its Advertising Operations/Sales Support team (Montreal office). The Account Manager will work closely with the sales team, advertising agencies and ad operations team to manage the ad campaign process from start to finish. You will also work with the online trafficking department to monitor and evaluate ongoing campaign results. You will engage in report generation and analysis to ensure effective campaign planning and execution.

The ideal candidate is ambitious and looking for challenging work environment that will accelerate their career growth. The candidate must be very organized and detail oriented. Great communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire campaign process including overseeing the creative process with internal creative team.
• Work with the sales team to process RFPs and generate proposals in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Work with online trafficking team to ensure timely campaign launches.
• Evaluate performance and optimization with Online Trafficking team.
• Provide reporting to advertising agencies and respond to queries.
• Deliver summary of campaign performance reports to sales team and advertising agencies.

Requirements

• Account management or sales support experience.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years experience in online advertising, ad operations or other ad-related experience.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft office.
• Experience working with sales teams, advertising agencies, and internal cross functional teams.
• Knowledge of sales order processing and PO reconciliation processes and procedures a plus.
• Superior time management and prioritization practices.
• Strong presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up and follow through habits.
• A relentless work ethic and the drive to go the extra mile.
• Flexible, adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful and highly motivated to succeed.
•Excellent command of French and English – must speak French and English immaculately.
